By using Aikrofy, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Aikrofy ('the Platform'), you consent to comply with these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
Aikrofy is an AI-powered SaaS ecosystem for business automation. It allows businesses to deploy virtual agents for customer capture, scheduling, and support via messaging channels.
3. AI Agent & Responsible Use
You agree to use your AI agent and its capabilities for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for:
- The information you provide to your AI agent for training (knowledge base).
- The conversations initiated by your AI agent with leads.
- Ensuring you do not use the AI agent for spam, harassment, or illegal activities.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
Access to Platform capabilities requires an active subscription. Payments are securely processed via PayPal. Subscriptions are billed periodically and can be managed from your Billing panel.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Platform provides AI-generated responses. While we strive for accuracy, Aikrofy is not liable for errors, hallucinations, or omissions in agent conversations. It is your responsibility to review and correct agent behavior.

Aikrofy respeta el derecho a la privacidad y eliminación de datos de acuerdo con las normativas de Meta / Facebook. Los usuarios pueden solicitar la eliminación permanente de sus credenciales y datos almacenados mediante el mecanismo de Callback de eliminación de datos de Meta (/api/webhooks/meta-data-deletion) o escribiendo a support@aikrofy.com.
